We’re after a brilliant digital marketer to join our team **two days a week to begin with**, with the opportunity to grow **into a full-time role** as our current marketer shifts focus to her studies in visual arts teaching.

About us

We’re Evolution Design Agency - a boutique creative studio based in the heart of Geelong, celebrating over 25 years in business. Our passionate team of five work side-by-side (literally) in a warm, collaborative studio where creative ideas flow just as freely as the coffee.

We work with businesses who are ready to evolve - whether that means launching a new brand, designing a beautiful website, or rolling out a digital marketing strategy that actually connects. Most of our clients come to us for the whole package, and we love the challenge of guiding them through the full process.

Our office is light-filled, full of snacks, and regularly filled with laughter. We love what we do, and we support each other every step of the way.

About the role

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

- Managing social media accounts and scheduling content
- Analysing stats and preparing reports to show what’s working and where we can improve
- Researching trends, competitors, and keywords
- Updating content on client websites (mostly WordPress)
- Contributing ideas and copy to campaigns, strategies and regular in-house workshops
- Helping shape our clients’ brand voices and digital strategies
- Supporting the team with admin tasks and the occasional phone call
- Staying curious, creative and up to date with the latest in digital

About you

You might describe yourself as a bit of a creative nerd - the kind who genuinely enjoys keeping up with digital trends and diving into campaign performance. You love words, value strong visuals, and know that great marketing is equal parts clever and considered.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- A passion for all things digital marketing, especially SEO and social
- Confident writing skills and the ability to capture different tones of voice
- Curiosity and initiative - you’re not afraid to ask questions or try something new
- Good communication skills, both with clients and our team
- An interest in data and what it tells us
- A keen eye for detail and design (basic Canva or Adobe skills are a bonus)
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics, or Google Ads is a plus
- A willingness to learn our approach (we’ll teach you everything we know)

Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential - your mindset, passion, and potential matter more to us.

Hours, location and pay
- 2 days per week to start with - with flexibility around which days
- Based at our beautiful studio on Bellerine Street, Geelong
- Generous pay based on experience, plus super
- The role is in-person, not remote - we genuinely enjoy working together

Pay: $53,867.16 - $88,908.78 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15.5 per week
