**Job Description**:
Ability Action Australia has a vision of being Australia’s leading health care provider in the NDIS space. This leadership role is part of our strategic growth plan to ensure our quality and service excellence remains and that our people remain supported as we grow.

In this role you will provide leadership and direction to a team of Allied Health professionals, working in partnership with the business to create a culture of performance and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.

Other key deliverables will include financial management, driving recruitment, retention and engagement of the team, providing support and mentoring to leaders within your team, building and leveraging of networks to increase brand awareness and drive referrals and planning and executing business growth strategies.

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
- Demonstrated capability to grow and manage a performing team
- Sound commercial acumen, with a focus on accountability
- A growth mind set and ability to influence to drive change
- A commitment to ensuring outstanding delivery of services
