Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as the Village Manager of Caesia Gardens.

Comprising of 101 independent living villas, Caesia Gardens is conveniently located in the heart of the award-winning Lendlease community of Caroline Springs. The Village is surrounded by fifteen parks, over sixty kilometres of walking and cycling tracks as well as CS Square Shopping Centre offering residents an enviable lifestyle.

As the Village and Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Village team, creating a positive, safe and people focused culture, delivering performance and creating the best villages and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Implementing operational plans including resident community and maintenance program;- Managing day-to-day operations across the Village,- Managing the sales process and meeting/exceeding assigned sales targets- Strategically drive resident satisfaction through programs developed around community engagement and service offering.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
