We are seeking a professional chef trainer currently engaged in a teaching role and/or can transform industry experience into training.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of qualifications from the nationally accredited SIT Training Package, including Cookery and Patisserie units.
- Marking Attendance & monitoring student course progress.
- Marking assessment & Validation.
- Ensuring compliance with AQTF and ASQA requirements and relevant legislation and company policies.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40110 (upgraded including TAELLN401 and TAEASS502)
- Excellent communication skills.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
