**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies across the organization.
- Manage the company's insurance programs, including negotiating policies, handling claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Review and analyse contracts and agreements to identify and manage risks associated with the company's operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for ongoing and new projects.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management and insurance matters.
- Monitor and report on the company's risk exposure and insurance coverage.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurance brokers, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the development of a culture of risk management across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance and risk management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations, including property and casualty insurance, builders' risk, and liability insurance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex risk and insurance concepts to non-expert stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
