Position: Cleaning Subcontractor

Location: Various locations across Sydney, Northern Beaches, Cronulla and Western Suburbs

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of professional cleaning experience.
- Valid police check.
- Working with Children Check (if applicable).
- Own ABN (Australian Business Number).
- Own insurances (Public Liability, Product Liability, Personal Liability).
- Own car and valid driver's license.
- Own tools, including vacuum cleaner, mop, step ladder, steam cleaner, window squeegee, surface cleaner, toilet cleaner, mould and grout remover, Domestos, Magic Eraser for walls, Gumption, vinegar, borax, sodium bicarbonate, essential oils for cleaning.
- Dedication, commitment, kindness, and a good sense of humor.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
