**Commercial Cleaning Sub-Contractor Opportunity**

We are a commercial cleaning company seeking detail-orientated and experienced individuals to join us as cleaning subcontractors for ongoing commercial cleaning contracts. This part-time position is ideal for those looking for work during the day and also for people with full-time day jobs looking to supplement their income by working evenings after 5 PM.

**Position Overview**:

- Independent contractor role (not an employment position).
- Strict reliability required—no sick or missed days unless you have trained a replacement that has been approved by us.
- Pay: $32.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on the contract. Payments are made without deductions as you are a contractor.

**Requirements**:

- **Reliability**: Must consistently fulfil commitments—no exceptions.
- **Hands-On Work**: You must personally complete the assigned cleaning; outsourcing is not permitted.
- **Transportation**: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- **Background Check**: Must have a clean criminal record.
- **Attention to Detail**: No cutting corners; every detail must be completed to a high standard.
- **Professionalism**: Be responsive to feedback and address any improvement requests.
- **Experience**: Only experienced, dependable cleaners will be considered.
- **Passion for Cleaning**: Must care about delivering exceptional service for our clients.

**Payment Terms**:
Subcontractors are paid once a month on a **net-10** basis after submitting an invoice on the first day of each month.
