As a Contract Manager - MES at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Western Australia, you will play a key role in ensuring contract excellence and stakeholder collaboration. This position involves managing procurement activities and contracts within the Managed Equipment Services portfolio. You’ll oversee supplier relationships, drive operational efficiency, and reduce risk while supporting world-class healthcare delivery.

As a Contract Manager in the Procurement team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Managing the lifecycle of MES contracts, from sourcing to renewal.
- Overseeing supplier performance and fostering strategic relationships.
- Resolving disputes efficiently and managing contractual claims.
- Developing sourcing strategies and subcontractor management plans.
- Collaborating with Legal and other stakeholders to mitigate risks.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes.

- Experience in category and contract management with strategic, high-value contracts.
- Proven track record in supplier management and performance monitoring.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of facilities management, healthcare, or asset management would be a bonus.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business and strategic documents.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
