**Make an impact at Serco**

Lead the future of healthcare infrastructure at one of Western Australia’s premier facilities. As the General Manager, Infrastructure and Equipment at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll oversee the operations of a $1.6B facility and over 500,000 maintainable assets. You’ll shape strategic direction and provide leadership to a large, diverse team. Reporting to the Contract Director, you’ll be a trusted advisor and change leader across hospital operations.

As a General Manager in the Infrastructure and Equipment team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Leading strategic direction for infrastructure and equipment services
- Managing operational and financial performance across the portfolio
- Building trusted relationships with WA Health and external partners
- Coaching and mentoring leaders to grow team capability and succession
- Overseeing asset lifecycle planning and compliance standards
- Championing safety, innovation, and quality improvement

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Extensive experience in Hard Facilities Management, ideally in healthcare
- Demonstrated success leading complex facilities operations and large teams
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- A qualification in Engineering or a related field desirable but not essential
