We are seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager top join one of our clients, a leading Energy corporation in Queensland. The Delivery Manager will personally work on an assigned project, and across projects assigned to their team, bringing together ICT and business objectives to ensure required outcomes are achieved. This role will work across the Trading projects, with a multi-disciplinary team and diverse stakeholder group.

Experience and knowledge required for this role (but not limited to):

- Previous experience within the Energy sector or Energy trading projects (desired)
- Qualified in a project management methodology (Agile, Prince 2 or equivalent) (desired).
- 7+ years’ experience delivering ICT projects, in large, complex, geographically diverse organisations.
- Oversee delivery of the Trading projects through pro-active engagement and assignment of the assigned team, assisting with recruitment activities and escalation of staff related activities to the Portfolio Director.
- Coach the Trading team members to deliver optimum work, and provide technical guidance on project management related matters.
- Quality review of Trading project deliverables such as business cases and status reports, investigating issues and briefing the Portfolio Director on any developing matters.
- Ability to respond to risks, react to issues and implement agreed mitigating actions in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, building relationships, facilitating teamwork, managing change, resolving conflict, managing resource constraints, managing budgets and delegation.
- Work effectively with Project Sponsor, Project Client, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other project stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes and meet overall project objectives.
- Prepare all necessary documentation as required by the clients ICT PDF and ICT SOPs.
- Document and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Identify, secure and manage all required or allocated project resources to agreed outcomes.
- Manage approved funds and ensure monthly financial forecasts, quarterly resource forecasts and annual budgets are accurate.
