**As Director (ICT Project Delivery Office), you will lead the Business Solution Delivery (BSD) unit which provides information communication technology (ICT) project management and software delivery services. BSD utilises a range of best practice project management methodologies, frameworks, and standards, and engages a mix of internal capability, external expertise, and implementation partners.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:
Lead and inspire the Program Management Office (PMO) team, shaping its direction and driving operational excellence.
Build a contemporary, bimodal digital delivery capability, embracing agile and customer-focused approaches.
Facilitate the development of cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring compliance with governance, legislative, and financial requirements.
Drive the planning and development of project delivery capabilities, fostering agility in both people and systems.
Provide strategic advice to senior executives on program management and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across projects.
Contribute to a collaborative leadership culture, focused on improving customer satisfaction and branch performance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, clients, and business partners.
Certification in contemporary program and/or project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
A proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering ICT programs of work.
