As our TA Retail Business expands, both online and offline, we are looking for a skilled Inventory & Logistics Planner to join our Retail and Licensing team. Reporting into the Head of Retail & Licensing, in this role you will identify and improve process & logistic efficiency targets, driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless consumer experience.

About the role
- In this role you will:_
- Oversee warehouse operations, upstream/downstream logistics, software, and procurement
- Plan and coordinate operational activity and collaborate with key partners
- Manage the onsite warehouse and replenishment process during the event
- Collaborate with licensees to develop streamlined delivery processes, while also efficiently planning, tracking, and receiving deliveries
- Establish and monitor key inventory and logistics metrics
- Manage operational processes to ensure inventory availability year-round

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Proven experience and expertise in logistics and inventory management
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and adept at fostering teamwork, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and personnel
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
