**Your Role**

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders. You will be looking to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.

Representing one of Australia's most trusted brands, you will be part of a larger team and be provided with coaching, developing and mentoring to help you grow your career. These roles have pathway opportunities into other sales and business related functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
- Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
- Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist resolve customer concerns and complaints

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
- Strong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approach
- Comfortable conducting entry level sales conversations
- Previous sales or customer service experience
