**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Management of 3rd party Merchandising Agency to deliver in-store excellence across Consumer Beauty brands on time and in line with budget. Responsible for retail point of sale from warehouses to in-store in line with merchandising program, strategy and deadline dates.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Development and ongoing management of the budget: merchandising operations, freight, storage, and maintenance for Consumer Beauty brands. Manage related PO’s and invoicing as needed.
- Manage the national dispatch, installation, maintenance, and storage of POS.
- Act as the conduit between all Coty internal functions to provide centralised communication between Coty and Agency.
- Lead briefing sessions, WIP, reviews, operations meetings and other associated meetings related to the Marketing Operations program and distribute agenda and minutes from key meetings.
- Work closely with all functions to streamline and develop standard implementation & reporting systems, processes, and procedures.
- Manage all incoming queries and requests from the National Account Managers.
- Distribute timelines to Marketing Activation, Sales and Brand Marketing teams and necessitate responses.
- Manage and distribute the monthly in-store competitor reporting, compliance report, execution calendar and ad hoc reports; review weekly and action as required.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- HSC/tertiary qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager in a similar role within Merchandising, Agency, Sales or Marketing.
- Strong MS Office skills required including Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in FMCG, or Beauty will be highly beneficial.
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to lead and work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
- Impeccable time management, accuracy, and attention to detail in completing tasks.
