The Visual Merchandise Executive (Operations) role is responsible for the seamless planning and execution of all visual merchandising materials. Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager, the role will work in close partnership with the support office Visual Merchandising and Store teams.

- Serving as the HQ liaison to stores for all Visual Merchandising support.
- Addressing any store issues with missing/damaged elements. Reporting to the wider support office Visual Merchandising team.
- Workshop communication solutions with Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure communication flow is optimized.
- Field merchandising and store visits.
- Supporting and educating store teams in maintaining store presentation standards for all brands and fixtures.
- Creating and developing guidelines and training materials.
- Training store teams on VM best practices and expectations, providing guidance and support as/when required.
- Ensuring standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained.
- Providing ad-hoc visual merchandising support for new store openings as needed.Managing key initiative rollouts working closely with the VM Manager.**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience with in-store visual merchandising and planogramming.
- Strong planning, organization, follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and with initiative.
