**The opportunity and about the role**:
The Service Delivery lead is responsible for building our workforce capability through the successful delivery of Service Delivery Initiatives to meet the needs of our customers. The position will work with the State Manager and Team to develop and implement service delivery strategies and engagement approaches, that provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to our workforce.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote HCA and attract new workforce
- Support and coach the field team to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage workforce leave - planned and unplanned to acceptable levels
- Help drive effective utilization of the field workforce by engaging with the support workers
- Work with the State and National Teams to design the development of our workforce to meet our customers’ needs.
- Build HCA workforce capability to meet our growing customer base and market share with sustainable new business
- Leverage workforce potential to meet market demand
- Work collaboratively with the State Team to deliver an excellent workforce experience and ensure consistent messaging that is engaging and leads to greater attraction

**Is this you?**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or a similar role
- Looking to establish your career in Homecare/Aged Care
- Flexible to travel for work purposes
- Hold current or willing to obtain Police check (within last 6 months)
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and Influenza
- Emotionally intelligent and an ability to emphasis with customers and respond to their ever-changing needs.
- Ability to calmly perform in high pressure situations
- Determined to perform, exceed targets and execute commercial concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
