Restaurant Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Assist in managing staff performance and compliance with operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
