Bartender

Immediate start available - 2 years of bartender experience is essential, experience in cocktail is preferred, wine service and bar.

This role is Part-Time to start with possibility to change to Full-Time depending on your experience/preference. Ideally looking for a demonstrated leader with experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant. You should be able to work autonomously with little supervision, be driven and demonstrate initiative. The ability to motivate and inspire others.

What you bring to the role
- Recent experience as a bar tender or senior bartender in a restaurant - preferable
- good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine service
- Ability to run a small bar team to deliver efficient and high-quality beverage service
- Cocktail and spirit knowledge
- Wine knowledge
- RSA certificate
- Safe Food Handler Certificate
- Drive for beverage service
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong work ethic
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
