**Role**
In this role, you will be
**r**esponsible for providing first-level support to clients, handling helpdesk tickets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will provide basic remote troubleshooting, uses a ticketing system, and works with a monitoring and management product. With your exceptional communication skills, you will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment to contribute to a great customer experience for a range of clients.
**You**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in troubleshooting for Microsoft products, a strong understanding of operating systems in an MSP environment beneficial
- Love problem-solving and troubleshooting technical problems in a fast past environment
- Hold certifications in Microsoft MCP, MCSA, ITIL, or a relevant degree beneficial for this position
- Have great written, and verbal communication with the ability to understand customer concerns
- Have an eagerness to learn, a high level of initiative, and proactive nature
