Level 1 Helpdesk Technician

**Responsibilities**:
*
- Act as the first point of contact for all incidents, service requests and incident resolutions
- Log all incidents and service requests into the helpdesk system
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and mobile devices
- Provide basic administration of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Support and troubleshoot internet, intranet, wireless networks, VPN, WAN, and LAN
- Analyze and resolve incidents at the first level
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other IT teams as necessary
- Work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to resolve issues
- Possibly work on weekends if required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A desire to learn and grown
- Great work ethic
- Ability to prioritise
- Can work independently
- Have a great troubleshooting and logical mind
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in supporting Windows 10/11
- Sound understanding of internet, intranet, wireless networks, VPN, WAN, and LAN
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 basic administration and MS Office products
- Analytical skills for first level incident resolution
- Experience in supporting mobile devices

Remuneration:

- Salary will be commensurate with experience
