An opportunity now exists for a talented Office Assistant to join our Legal Support Hub on a part time basis.

We are looking for a proactive office assistant who demonstrates exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and strong initiative. You will also be flexible in your approach, confident and outgoing. Your focus will be providing high quality support to ensure the needs of our office are met. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with a high performing team.

Knowledge, skills and experience

Is a self-motivated individual who can work efficiently;
Excellent communication skills;
Great attention to detail and is able to complete tasks to a high standard; and
Customer service driven and has some qualifications in legal administration or general administration desirable.
An eye for detail including exceptional spelling and grammar to ensure all work produced is of the highest standard
The ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst meeting deadlines
High level organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively so that deadlines are met
The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters that are handled
The ability to work within a team environment to provide assistance to co-workers as needed
Confidence to seek assistance or clarification where necessary
