**Assistant Team Leader - Edible Blooms**

We are looking for our next Edible Blooms team member to take our Melbourne team to the next level. You will need to have a “can do attitude,” be a team player and be able to bring out the best in your team - whilst having FUN

This incredible role, located in our sun filled, modern office in Beaconsfield, will lead our production team to seamlessly and efficiently create gifts that spread joy.

An award-winning business, our Edible Blooms store in Melbourne is one of five production stores in Australia (along with Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth). What started as a small family business in Adelaide in 2005 has quickly grown to an international world of gifts, delivering to every major Australian capital city as well as Auckland in NZ.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stock Management, Quality Control, EOM Stocktake
- Oversee smooth production operations
- Drive sales orders and KPIs through a hands-on leadership approach
- Lead, develop and inspire your team members
- Complete monthly rosters and conduct team member reviews
- Engage in regular communication with the Executive team

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role - our work place is a fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled with computers/admin; comfortable with sales platforms, stock management systems and entire Microsoft office suite
- Strong experience with leading, coaching, motivating, and training a team
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and a solution focused approach
- You enjoy making meaningful connections with your team members and contributing to a fun and inclusive work culture
