**The Role; Production Super Star**

This amazing position: working as a Production Team Member in our Melbourne store will play a pivotal role in efficiently creating and packaging beautiful gifts for our customers, ensuring our customers receive the most exceptional gifting experience.

Working under the guidance of our wonderful Production Team Leader you will work collaboratively in a team across all our departments including Hampers, Chocolate Bouquets and Fresh Bouquets (fruit and donuts).

**Production Team Members’ will be responsible for.**
- Creating our range of gifts as per our product designs and guidelines
- Wrapping and boxing gifts
- Replenishing stock
- Store cleaning and presentation
- And most importantly, sharing our mission of giving joy.
- Confident and have a positive attitude
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced work environment e.g., floristry or hospitality industry
- Loves working in a collaborative, team environment
- Positive and solution focused on their approach to work
- Goal orientated and success driven
- Love attention to the smallest detail
- Love spreading joy and our values o_f Connection, Innovation, Joy and Excellence_
