**Responsibilities**:
Based in North Sydney, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our Digital Guest Strategy for our global team (across 7 countries) and support our Australian and New Zealand Digital Teams. This role will be integral in implementing Digital Projects and keeping on brand with global Digital Marketing trends.

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Utilising the global CRM systems and other platforms to enhance guest engagement touchpoints,
- Using our reporting systems to identify key global trends and interpret them into marketing insights,
- Delivering best of class service quality/guest experience on all platforms through all channels and assisting in google analytics implementation,
- Creating and executing plans for increasing visibility in search engines, traffic to the site and SEO conversions,
- Supporting country teams onboarding and improvements for CMS utilisation,
- Owning the online experience (websites, apps, e-commerce) inclusive of content updates across all channels that will improve online performance,
- Working cross functionally across departments to achieve seamless execution in a timely manner,
- Partnering with our Australian Digital team to deliver website and e-commerce enhancements,
- Work with Group/Global Digital on implementation of new platforms.

Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator/Lead role or similar position,
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital or relevant undergraduate discipline,
- Prior experience using Marketing Automation systems (Oracle Responsys or similar), CRMS (Umbraco or WordPress is favourable) and google analytics,
- Solid experience in media management, work with creative agencies and an understanding of the media landscape,
- The capacity to take initiative, problem solve and make decisions to tight deadlines,
- An independent and resourceful spirit to champion group objectives,
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
