**About the Company**

Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planner (AO6) for a 2-month contract. The role is based in Brisbane CBD.

**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning processes and tools
- Facilitate workshops to gather information from key stakeholders
- Analyse workforce data and trends to identify potential gaps and opportunities
- Develop workforce scenarios based on business needs and priorities
- Write a comprehensive workforce plan that addresses current and future workforce requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the workforce plan is aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance and advice to business leaders on workforce planning matters

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent project management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in grant program management or related field
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, human resources, or organisational development
- Experience in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, or related field
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in delivering workshops
- Demonstrated ability to analyse workforce data and trends and develop workforce scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes
