**About 9Now**

Working within the Product team, the Associate Product Manager joins 9Now at a really exciting time of growth in the Broadcast Video On Demand sector.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering features and initiatives that span multiple 9Now platforms. Working with a motivated team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Business Stakeholders, you will drive the initiatives from requirements identification, through to validation. You will also support other Product Managers on some of the larger or more complex initiatives. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to the wide range of products, platforms and teams that make up a streaming service such as 9Now.

**As an Associate Product Manager, you will**
- Drive requirements discovery for assigned initiatives, ensuring they have measurable business outcomes.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of these requirements and translate them into testable user stories, process flows & wireframes.
- Analyse and document end-to-end process flows or user journeys, identifying user pain points or areas for improvement.
- Communicate any requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified through the analysis process.
- Contribute to the team’s understanding and prioritisation during iteration planning meetings and retrospectives.
- Use data to identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team in determining technical feasibility, producing solution designs and ultimately, working software.
- Demonstrate your problem-solving abilities by driving and resolving issues that require cross-team investigation.
