Our Loganholme clinic is a dynamic healthcare facility committed to providing high quality medical care to our community. Our team is passionate about delivering excellent service and ensuring a seamless patient experience. We are now seeking a dedicated Clinical Administration Officer/Medical Screen to join our busy team and contribute to the clinic's daily operations. As a Clinic Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinic's operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing a variety

**DUTIES**

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Conduct initial patient screenings
- Handle patient registrations, data entry, and update patients records in the clinic's database
- Reception and general administration duties
- Results management
- Specimen collection (this includes the supervision of Drug and Alcohol Testing)
- Audiometry testing
- Spirometry testing
- Invoicing

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Be well-organised and have great administration skills
- Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Also have an ‘eye’ for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
