We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Coordinator to join our Buying team Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to ensure that the day to day operations of the team runs smoothly

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and streamline calendars and shared inboxes for the team
- Conduct thorough pre-sale checks
- full training on this will be provided
- Manage safe storage of keys, logbooks, and accessories for easy access
- Serve as a central point of contact, making sure that there’s seamless communication within the wider team
- Accurately input vehicle data & maintain our systems (Redbook & Glasses)
- Jump in and support where needed - we’re a fast-paced team and sometimes you’ll need to be adaptable and lend a hand in other areas

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role in a fast paced environment (automotive experience NOT required)
- Tech savvy and comfortable picking up new systems
- Adaptable and confident in multi-tasking and prioritising based on the team’s needs
- High level of attention to detail
