**Job description & Responsibilities**

**1. Operate and Maintain Specialized Equipment**
- Set up, calibrate, and monitor machinery: Prepare and adjust powder coating equipment to ensure proper functioning for each job.
- Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs: Perform routine checks and fix minor faults in machinery to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
- Installation of GEMA Machines/Booths, and Commissioning
- Install, test, and commission powder coating equipment following Australian standards.
- Create As-Installed drawings and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**2. Inspect, Troubleshoot Systems, Maintenance and Repair**
- Diagnose faults: Identify issues with equipment such as spray guns or curing ovens.
- Implement corrective measures: Fix problems, adjust settings, or replace parts to restore equipment to full functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults to minimize downtime.
- Regularly service GEMA machines and perform calibration of sensors and relays.

**3. Technical Support and Project Execution**
- Handle customer requests, perform system tests, and manage minor projects.
- Prepare documentation for invoicing and track project progress.
- Estimate costs and assist with installation tasks.

**4. Follow Safety and Quality Standards**
- **Ensure compliance with OHS rules**: Adhere to safety guidelines to avoid accidents or hazards in the workplace.
- **Maintain records**: Keep track of machine settings, maintenance schedules, and product quality to ensure everything is within specifications.
- Follow quality control policies and report any non-conformance.
- Ensure all equipment meets required standards.

**5. Technical Reporting and Documentation**
- Read and understand technical documents like schematics and manuals.
- Prepare technical reports, analyze test data, and document findings.

**6. Training, Supervision, and Collaboration**
- Mentor apprentice electricians and lead internal training sessions.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members for smooth project delivery.

**7. Administrative and Other Duties**
- Respond to queries, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality.

**8. Operate and Maintain Specialized Equipment**
- Set up and calibrate powder coating machinery, ensuring proper operation.
- Perform regular maintenance and resolve minor issues.

Remuneration/Salary : $80000 - $90000

Position : Full Time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
