**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**About the role**

Based in our head office in **Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches **, we currently have a wonderful and exciting full-time opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic **Repair Centre Manager **within our Real Time Logistics (RTL) department. This is a busy position that requires a proactive and well organised Repair Centre Manager to lead a team of approx. 7 staff within the Repair Centre.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Management of the Repair Centre Staff to ensure quality output and resource/labour efficiency
- Manage day-to-day operations of the repair centre and ensure Dematic safe work procedures are well understood
- Direction and Planning of day-to-day workload of technicians to meet customer Service Level Agreement
- Provide customer service support by fielding internal and external customer enquiries regarding repairs and repair statistics and service performance
- Communication and Incident reporting to customer, escalate to RTL manager to ensure close out or management as required
- Management of inventory inclusive of spares pool stock of customer devices for Service Level Agreement, Stock Count, Analysis and Ordering
- Develop, implement, monitor and adjust a program of continuous improvement
- Strategic leadership abilities

**What we are looking for**
- Team management experience and an understanding of administration processes
- Previous experience in a similar role managing a repair centre would be an advantage
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage a busy workload to meet tight deadlines
- Managing technical resolution of customer issues
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
- Strong communication and leadership skills with being able to liaise with all levels of staff
- Approachable and bright personality that can bring fresh ideas
- Driving a safety culture within your team
- Identify opportunities and growth within the team
