We are located in the heart of Brisbane as one of the City’s most iconic tourist destinations. As the site supervisor, you will be responsible for following the procedures in managing the site and supervising staff as they perform their tasks. You will also be required to take on a large variety of tasks making every day different and a great place to increase your occupational skills. You will be trained in all aspects of operating the site, including becoming a ride operator and you will be able to troubleshoot with a level of independence.
Customer satisfaction, administration skills, experience, and safety are of paramount importance and will form a key responsibility for the role.
**Responsibility**
Through experience and on-the-job training, you will
- Have a full understanding of the attraction’s operations,
- Perform daily administration functions including stock control, implementing best practice processes, and admin support.
- Be trained as an attraction operator to cover breaks when required,
- Provide assistance to frontline staff as required,
- Liaise directly with management on a daily basis regarding operations,
- Deal with customer support and problematic customers.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in working in Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Customer Service management roles (enforcing RSA)
- Initiative and ability to work independently,
- Strong administration skills
- Managed a small team of front-line staff,
- An interest in learning new tasks,
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in a licensed venue
The role will be on a part-time or casual basis with a 3-month probationary period with a minimum of 23 hours per week and up to full time hours after the probation period and training have ended. We are located close to all forms of public transport and offer a safe and fun place to work. Option to start immediately or in the new year
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 - 38 per week
