Ozone CPS is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team at one of our 5 star hotel in Southbank QLD.

You must have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.

**The Role**:

- Part Time role
- Based in Southbank QLD

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping supervisor
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Previous 5 star hotel experience required
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Key Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure your team is cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
- Manage performance of employees.
- Train and mentor the Housekeeping team.
- Inspect all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure hotel is presented well.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job

**Salary**: $26.18 - $59.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
