**The Role**

Our client is seeking a Facilities and Finance Officer. The main responsibilities of this role will be to manage minor accommodation faults and repairs, office configurations, car parking and fleet vehicles. Further responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing suppliers for the purchase of goods and services
- Reconciling goods receipt / invoice receipt clearing
- Reviewing commitments on a regular basis ensuring accurate data for accrual purposes
- Processing and maintaining asset creation
- Processing daily receipting and banking
- Preparing billing invoices to clients
- Managing debt collection
- Processing accounts payable invoices and organising payment
- Performing monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Preparing accrual and prepayment journals
- Providing high quality services to internal and external clients.
