**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Determine Contract Design Deliverable requirements and manage the execution and reporting of engineering works against Project budget and schedule.
- Manage design quality including the implementation of internal design review processes and resolution of client design feedback.
- Managing the Engineering support of construction activities with regards to quality assurance of Construction Works against the design and Specification and completion of as-built design activities.
- Development and reviews of Contractor Scopes of Works with respect to Design Scope and technical compliance with Client Specifications and Standards.

**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:

- A thirst to challenge the status quo, we are looking for someone who can bring innovation and creativity to continue leading the way in Engineering
- A Tertiary Engineering qualification in an appropriate discipline
- At least 15 years’ experience in design and engineering
- Experience leading a Technical design engineering team across multiple locations
- Experience in a ‘Design-for-Construction' environment
