Due to growth in our business, we’ve got a permanent opportunity for a Controller who can hit the ground running to join our corporate head office team in Regents Park. You’ll be core to running and controlling Technicians and also external contractors (as required). Success in this role will be a strong focus on ensuring job/ call outs are completed to the highest level for our customers.
**As the Controller, your day to day includes**:
**Scheduling jobs for our Technicians**: you ensure the Technicians have jobs/ call outs prioritised logically and against customer SLAs;
Ensuring parts, information and any other job aspects have been organised + re-organised as needed so jobs can be completed by Technicians safely & effectively;
Being the key point of contact for the customer to provide updates and manage any escalations;
Reporting on job completion and KPI updates and completing safety site audits;
Creating ‘do & charge’ quotes.
You’ve previously worked as a Service Controller/ Service Scheduler or Service Coordinator, with 3-4 years’ experience. You’ll hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment that will see you juggling multiple priorities.
Naturally, you’re a strong verbal and written communicator and pride yourself on your negotiation and influencing ability. You build relationships easily and are passionate about working in a team to ensure the customer has the best experience.
You have a good understanding of ordering parts, creating quotes, and working with data/ information to suggest improvements.
