Join us as our new Roster System and Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support for business users of the RSLLC rostering system, promote effective and correct usage, and serve as the system administrator.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on compliance adherence, processes, and procedures.- Manage incidents and service requests related to reporting, system errors, and access needs.- Own and maintain business system processes, including the development of end-user support documentation.- Collaborate with L&OD and IT teams to develop and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.- Assist in reporting requests and advise on system impact, changes, and upcoming releases.- Manage change and service requests with vendors, including testing and validation activities.- Assist in training and coaching users as needed.- Provide input for procedures and processes to maintain documentation quality.- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and enhance business performance and compliance.- Assess and monitor risks related to business systems, ensuring regular reporting updates.

Who are you:
- Experienced in providing business systems support.- Working knowledge and experience with UKG, AlayaCare, or similar systems.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Customer-centric approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.-
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize information from various sources.-
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as SQL, SSIS, Power BI, Excel, and Visio.
