**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team in managing and coordinating travel for NSW Health staff. In joining the team, you will have the opportunity to assist in growing the program and providing day to day operational support in the delivery of projects and strategies, including the development of reports and documents, travel bookings, rostering, and data entry. The position will be responsible for the coordination of travel itineraries, navigating travel to regional NSW and partnering with internal and external travel stakeholders.

Administration Officer level 6, starting salary from $80,340.91 - $82,240.21 plus Super, with a 38 hour work week.

**What you will do**
- Coordinate team travel arrangements
- Maintenance of travel profiles which includes onboarding and offboarding staff
- Reconciliation of department travel charges
- Provide executive support, managing diaries, records, correspondence, meetings, and scheduling.
- Handle routine financial transactions and purchasing, ensuring compliance with NSW Health policies procedures.
- Support meetings, manage conference bookings, and serve as the central contact for meeting coordination.
- Update and maintain accurate records and databases, following administrative systems and processes.

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- High level administration support with proven ability in office administration and project support including the use of Microsoft Office programs and other systems including travel arranging and data entry and records management.
- Proven track record in provision of outstanidng Customer focussed service High level communication skills (verbal and written) and effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Flexible thinking and demonstrated high level organisational skills, with strong attention to detail whilst balancing competing priorities and demands within strict timeframes and a constant evolving complex environment.
