Looking for a change or to take the next step in your Early Childhood career? Bright Futures is looking for an exceptional Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a centre director. We are a small family owned 33 place service in the heart of leafy East Hills. Our service has several extra educators rostered daily on and is well established and resourced. We pride our selves on offering high quality care and education and using sector leading practices. Campfires, river kinder and woodwork are all embedded parts of our curriculum and philosophy. So, if you like to serve up learning with a side of mud, Bright Futures just might be the next stop in your adventure.

A successful applicant will:

- Hold an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Degree
- Hold a current working with children’s check
- Have relevant experience within the Early Childhood Field
- Be able to design and deliver high quality curriculums
- Be relationship focused
- Be committed to ongoing critical reflection and quality improvement
- Have a good command of written skills and be able to use technology
- Have a solid understand of principle guiding documents, such as the NQF and the EYLF

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
