**Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE** are seeking a customer focused** Receptionist** for an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant service team. To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising customer satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.

This role will ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with the business with the opportunity for career progression.

**The role**:

- Provide an excellent telephone manager for incoming and outgoing calls regarding service bookings and enquiries
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Forward phone calls to the appropriate staff as required
- Welcome on-site visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Various other ad hoc duties as required

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude

- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
