**What You'll Be Doing**
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions for the procurement of goods and materials
- Coordinate the import process, including liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other relevant parties to ensure timely and compliant delivery of imported goods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitoring stock levels and placing orders to meet production and sales demands
- Analyse market trends and opportunities to identify new sourcing options and drive continuous improvement in the company's procurement practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with overall business objectives
- Prepare and present detailed reports on procurement activities, costs and performance

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar importing and sourcing role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
- Strong understanding of international automotive trade regulations, customs procedures and import documentation requirements
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field is highly desirable
- High proficiency in Mandarin language required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
