**Administration Assistant (Participant Access)**
**Full time, Ongoing**
**Location - Werribee**
**Salary $26 - $29 per hour depending on experience**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic administration professional to work within a values-based organisation.
We are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service and relationship building with experience working in a health, disability or a community setting very advantageous. You will play a key role in our centralised Access Team as the first point for participants, their families, and referrers. By listening and understanding, you can schedule the participant with the right practitioner and assist them with learning how to access our services and begin their journey with Everyday Independence.

**What do you need?**
- Demonstrated experience in administration with strong communication skills across customer and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with scheduling and/or calendar management in a KPI driven environment
- An empathetic and understanding approach to participants and families, taking a personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations
- Ability to work within a compliance and regulatory framework
- Actively participate as a member of a team to help ensure that the team achieves its objectives
- Approach problems with a "can-do", problem solver attitude and enjoy the challenges that come each day
- Be change ready - we are always changing, improving and evolving so you will have the ability to take on feedback and grow your skills
- Previous experience working within the Disability sector is desirable but not essential
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check
