**Your opportunity**: The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is the lead agency of the Queensland public service, supporting and advising the Premier and Cabinet. We lead and enable policy and governance to engage stakeholders, to resolve complex issues and to deliver government priorities for Queenslanders.As the Principal Consultant, Culture and Capability, you will be responsible for development of the department's next strategic workforce plan as well as driving leadership capability and engagement. Being a small team, you will also work with others across the team to deliver projects to build a positive workplace culture, contribute to the employee experience and to build organisational capability.This role is a mix of annual program delivery and project work with key responsibilities including the development and implementation of the DPC Strategic Workforce Plan, drive f leadership development and capability initiatives including delivery of leadership forums, and the design and implementation of organisational culture and employee engagement programs. As a senior member of the team you will coach team members and support delivery of the broader program of work.
