People Operations and Onboarding Program Manager

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Develop, plan and formulate Australia and regional APAC People Operations and Onboarding processes and policies.
- Independently manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to deliver well-rounded training and development programs localized to appropriate regions.
- Organize and manage new hire workstreams at various employment sites in Australia and APAC, off-cycle, or remotely, resolving issues, and providing a supportive onboarding experience.
- Engage with hiring managers and departments to formulate cohesive programs and workplace relations policies.
- Identify and prepare People Operations development objectives and learning outcomes; track that all stages of training and procedural requirements are met.
- Document and audit employment data for employment compliance and data integrity; build and implement right-to-work processes
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into system improvements and develop best practices for regional People Operations and Onboarding

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- experience developing global onboarding, training and development programs; experience building global and regional employment policies
- strong understanding of employment compliance regulations and reporting requirements
- proficiency in HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and employee administration platforms
