Due to extended growth, this long-standing Western Sydney business is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their Finance team. **Roles and responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely data entry of financial information for AP & AR
- Maintaining the customer database
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Assisting with employee expense claims
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate and manage EFT payments
- Resolving supplier and subcontractor queries in a timely manner
- Supporting the Finance team with any ad hoc duties as required
- Previous accounts/finance experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude to work
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen to progress in a supportive environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
