**Award Casual Rate**: ($32.88 to $77.81) depending on experience, plus super

**Shifts**: (Monday - Sunday) consisting of day, afternoon and sleepovers

**Must have a valid driver's licence and an SUV Car**

Empower Your Abilities PTY LTD is a fast-growing company for the NDIS. We are dedicated to empowering people with mental health issues and disabilities to live independently and confidently. We strive to deliver impactful support that enhances purpose, independence, dignity, meaningful relationships and community engagement. We are looking for male support workers who are loyal, dedicated, passionate, and empathetic individuals with excellent communication skills to help our participants achieve their NDIS goals and engage in community-based activities.

**Your Roles and Responsibilities may involve**
- Shift work and sleepovers
- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals
- Personal Care
- Assist participants with daily living tasks, such as cooking, meal prep and shopping
- Attend therapy appointments with participants and implement therapist's plan
- Plan community focused activities
- Transport participants to appointments and community activities
- Assist with household duties

**To be Considered**
- Cert 111 in Individual Support
- Legal Rights to work in Australia
- Must have a current driver's licence, comprehensive insurance and an SUV car
- NDIS Working Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Adequate communication and verbal skills
- Good Writing Skills for all mandatory reports

**Desirable requirements include**
- Experience in working with people with mental health disorders and disabilities with challenging behaviours
- Home Care and Outing Experience

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
