We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance team (AU). Reporting directly to our Assistant Controller (US) and dotted line to our Accounting Manager (AU), this role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our finance operations across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process supplier and vendor chargebacks, corporate card, and credit card reimbursements
- Assist in Accounts Payable for global operational, influencer, and model payments
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations (AUD & USD).
- Manage the vendor/influencer onboarding and supplier set-up with appropriate verification
- Support month-end close, including credit card subledger management and reporting
- Provide documentation and support for audits and SOX compliance
- Act as the go-to contact for expense reimbursements and provide training/support to internal teams

**Skills and Experience**:

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a general accounting function
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across departments and with suppliers
- Solid understanding of accounting processes, including ATO invoice compliance
- Strong integrity and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with bank reconciliations and exposure to global finance operations is a plus
