Responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing and directing the activities of the RTO, with a focus on maintaining quality assurance and learner satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating compliant reporting to external bodies, as well as administering the RTO Student and Learning Management Systems (SMS and LMS).
- Optimising funding from external sources and maximising funding caps and allocations.
- Continuously explore business development opportunities for the RTO and manage financial aspects including accounts receivable and payable.
- Work with the Aruma Finance Department to ensure accurate data aligns with P&L budget forecasts.
- Promote the RTO internally and ensuring that Aruma provides its staff with exceptional accredited training opportunities. This will help establish Aruma as an employer of choice in the industry.
