**Position**: Hotel Receptionist
**Location**: Hotel Mountain Heritage and Falls Mountain Retreat
**Type**: Minimum 20 hours **Part-Time** or 38 hours a week, **Full-time**

**Pay**: in accordance with Level 2 HIGA Award**: $24.98/hour plus 11.5% superannuation + annual leave loading**

We believe in creating memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for a friendly and dynamic receptionist to join our team.

**Your Role**:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your welcoming smile and helpful attitude will set the tone for their entire stay. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Checking guests in and out with efficiency and professionalism
- Assisting guests with enquiries and providing local information
- Managing reservations and handling phone calls
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re on the hunt for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable, and loves interacting with people
- Has a** Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain (essential)**:

- ** Drivers Licence **to travel between sites if needed
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and handle busy situations with grace
- Experienced in customer service **(previous hotel experience is a bonus)**:

- Proficient with computers and reservation systems
- ** Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays**
