The Mountain Heritage Hotel & Falls Mountain Retreat is located in the majestic setting of Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. It offers premier boutique style accommodation, with a scenic view across the Jamison Valley. The hotel now forms part of the ICC Group with expansive hospitality offerings.

We are looking for a professional, vibrant and friendly person to join our Hotel Reception team.

**About the role**
- Part-Time working a minimum of 15 hours per week**.**:

- Conducting check in’s/Outs and creating great first impressions
- Managing enquiries and taking reservations
- Providing a positive and memorable experience & customer service to all guests
- General housekeeping duties as required
- Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail

**To be successful in this role, you will have...**
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping but not essential
- Must be a people person
- You have the ability to work independently
- Must be immaculately groomed
- A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests
- The ability to show initiative and to be self-motivated
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**About You...**

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

MUST be available Monday to Sunday on a rotating and flexible roster with full working rights in Australia.
