Primary Purpose of Role

**Experience**:

- Good communication in English both verbal and written as they will be speaking with customers
- Understanding of Business Banking products
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients inquiring about banking products or Services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Attention to details with high accuracy
- Contact Centre Experience with 1-2 years (preferred)
- Problem solving and Decision-making skills
- Developing good customer relationship

- High School Certificate or Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of banking product
- Previous experience in customer service or the banking industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- understanding of working dynamics in operations in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
